Girls Brigade

The 4th Tawa Girls' Brigade offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities, and a chance to develop new skills. Learn about what it means to live a balanced life, grow and discover your potential - not to mention meeting new friends, and have a whoie lot of fun in the process.  The programme is based on four sides: - spiritual - physical - educational - social.

Girls are welcome to attend our Company for 4-6 weeks as a recruit, so that they can find out about Brigade for themselves, before becoming a full member. At the end of this time, each girl will be entitled to be enrolled, and can wear the GB uniform of her age group. The Girl's Brigade is available for girls from 6-20 years of age.

Junior section is for 6-9 years, Senior section is for 10-13 years, and Pioneer section is for 14 and over.

Girls Brigade meets at Aidan Hall, The Centre, 6 Elena Place, Tawa, each Monday of the school term (except public holidays)

Juniors, Seniors and Pioneers meet at 6:00pm
