Tawa Union has two building complexes with a range of room sizes and faciliites available for the use of community and other not-for-profit groups.
Both have off-street parking.
A brochure outlining the building facilities is available on downloading the documents "TUC Building Facilities" and the "Layout Plan of The Centre" below.
The Centre - 6 Elena Place
The facilities at The Centre were extensively upgraded and formally opened in August 2005. We can offer community groups and activities the use of a range of rooms and a hall. Small for-profit business are also welcome to apply.

The Centre has a fully equipped kitchen with stoves, hot plates, microwave, fridge and a dishwasher. There are 2 showers available for groups booking overnight stays. All rooms and facilities are fully accessible. The layout allows The Centre to be used by a number of groups at the same time with independent access to kitchen and toilets or a large group using the whole complex, with spaces for large group gatherings and room and areas for small break-out groups.
Some rooms have direct access to the church grounds which are completely fenced and gated to prevent small children from wandering onto the street.
Redwood Hall - 83 Redwood Avenue
This is made available to The Redwood Club which provides a respite day care facility. The Redwood Club uses the entire complex other than the hall every weekday between 10:00am and 4:00 pm. Limited access to the hall may be available during these times.

Redwood Hall has a foyer, full kitchen with lounge area and a hall complete with raised dais at one end. A part of the grounds are completely fenced off to keep children from wandering into the carpark and hence onto the road.
For enquires about the availability of our faciliites and any other information please email the church office.
Pictures of each room in The Centre and Redwood Hall are on the Photos page.
